[막4:1-20]
1 예수께서 다시 바닷가에서 가르치시니 큰 무리가 모여들거늘 예수께서 바다에 떠 있는 배에 올라 앉으시고 온 무리는 바닷가 육지에 있더라
2 이에 예수께서 여러 가지를 비유로 가르치시니 그 가르치시는 중에 그들에게 이르시되
3 들으라 씨를 뿌리는 자가 뿌리러 나가서
4 뿌릴새 더러는 길 가에 떨어지매 새들이 와서 먹어 버렸고
5 더러는 흙이 얕은 돌밭에 떨어지매 흙이 깊지 아니하므로 곧 싹이 나오나
6 해가 돋은 후에 타서 뿌리가 없으므로 말랐고
7 더러는 가시떨기에 떨어지매 가시가 자라 기운을 막으므로 결실하지 못하였고
8 더러는 좋은 땅에 떨어지매 자라 무성하여 결실하였으니 삼십 배나 육십 배나 백 배가 되었느니라 하시고
9 또 이르시되 들을 귀 있는 자는 들으라 하시니라
10 예수께서 홀로 계실 때에 함께 한 사람들이 열두 제자와 더불어 그 비유들에 대하여 물으니
11 이르시되 하나님 나라의 비밀을 너희에게는 주었으나 외인에게는 모든 것을 비유로 하나니
12 이는 그들로 보기는 보아도 알지 못하며 듣기는 들어도 깨닫지 못하게 하여 돌이켜 죄 사함을 얻지 못하게 하려 함이라 하시고
13 또 이르시되 너희가 이 비유를 알지 못할진대 어떻게 모든 비유를 알겠느냐
14 뿌리는 자는 말씀을 뿌리는 것이라
15 말씀이 길 가에 뿌려졌다는 것은 이들을 가리킴이니 곧 말씀을 들었을 때에 사탄이 즉시 와서 그들에게 뿌려진 말씀을 빼앗는 것이요
16 또 이와 같이 돌밭에 뿌려졌다는 것은 이들을 가리킴이니 곧 말씀을 들을 때에 즉시 기쁨으로 받으나
17 그 속에 뿌리가 없어 잠깐 견디다가 말씀으로 인하여 환난이나 박해가 일어나는 때에는 곧 넘어지는 자요
18 또 어떤 이는 가시떨기에 뿌려진 자니 이들은 말씀을 듣기는 하되
19 세상의 염려와 재물의 유혹과 기타 욕심이 들어와 말씀을 막아 결실하지 못하게 되는 자요
20 좋은 땅에 뿌려졌다는 것은 곧 말씀을 듣고 받아 삼십 배나 육십 배나 백 배의 결실을 하는 자니라

1 And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
2 And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,
3 Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:
4 And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.
5 And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:
6 But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.
7 And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.
8 And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.
9 And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
10 And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable.
11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
13 And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?
14 The sower soweth the word.
15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.
16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.
18 And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
19 And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.
20 And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
하나님 아버지, 오늘 말씀을 통하여 우리의
마음 밭이 어떠한 상태인지 다시금 정직하게 돌아봅니다.
날마다 생명의 씨앗인 말씀을 우리 마음속에 뿌려주시지만,
사탄에게 마음을 빼앗긴 길가와 같지는 않았는지,
고난 앞에서 쉽게 시들어버리는 돌밭과 같지는 않았는지 묵상합니다.
특별히 우리를 어지럽게 하는 세상의 염려와 재물의 유혹,
그리고 일상의 분주함이라는 가시떨기가
주님의 말씀이 자라날 기운을 막고 있지는 않은지
경계하게 하옵소서.
우리 마음 속의 번잡함과 방해물들을 주님께서 친히 걷어내 주시고,
오직 주님의 말씀만이 깊이 뿌리 내릴 수 있는 좋은 땅으로 저희 마음을 일구어 주시옵소서.
오늘 하루, 수많은 소음 속에서도 주님의 세밀한 음성을 듣고
‘받아’내는 겸손한 마음을 허락하여 주시옵소서.
그리하여 우리 삶의 현장에서 삼십 배, 육십 배, 백 배의 거룩한 하나님 나라의 열매가 맺어지는 기적을 보게 하옵소서.
